1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")

and the Buyer concluding a purchase contract via the online store www.bizuterie-petra.cz.

The Seller is not a VAT payer.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

All product presentations on the website are of an informative nature.

The purchase contract is concluded when the Buyer submits an order and the Seller confirms it.

3. Price and Payment Terms

3.1. Prices are stated including all applicable charges. The Seller is not a VAT payer.

3.2. The Buyer may pay for goods and delivery costs in the following ways:

• by bank transfer to account number 1137713153/0800 (Česká spořitelna)

• cash on delivery (for an additional fee according to the current price list)

3.3. Payments from Slovakia and Poland may be made in EUR to:

3.4. In addition to the purchase price, the Buyer is obliged to pay delivery costs as stated in the current price list.

3.5. In case of bank transfer, the purchase price is payable within 10 days from the conclusion of the contract.

3.6. The payment is considered completed when the amount is credited to the Seller's account.

3.7. The Seller is entitled to request full payment before dispatching the goods.

3.8. The Seller will issue a payment confirmation and send it electronically to the Buyer's e-mail address.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are dispatched within 2–5 working days after receiving payment or confirming a cash-on-delivery order.

Delivery options:

Czech Republic – Zásilkovna, Czech Post
Slovakia – Zásilkovna (advance or COD), Czech Post (advance)
Poland – Zásilkovna (advance or COD), Czech Post (advance)

Shipping costs are stated in the current price list.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods modified according to the Buyer's request

• custom-made goods

The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days from withdrawal, not earlier than receiving the returned goods.

The Seller will also refund the delivery cost corresponding to the cheapest delivery option offered.

6. Rights from Defective Performance (Complaints)

The Buyer may claim defects within 24 months from receipt of the goods.

If a defect appears within 12 months from receipt, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

For costume jewellery, the following are not considered defects:

• loss of shine

• color change

• wear of surface finish

• damage caused by water, sweat, perfume or cosmetics

• mechanical damage caused by wearing

Complaints will be processed within 30 days.

7. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) is the competent body for out-of-court dispute resolution.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 January 2026.
