1.Which carrier do you use, can I pay cash on delivery?

To send your orders, we use the post office or Zásilkovna with the possibility of payment in advance or cash on delivery - but it always depends on the specific country - read the price list of transport in your country.

2. Do you also ship abroad? What currency can I pay in?

Yes, we ship to Slovakia and Poland . These selected countries are only valid in Euros - you must always select the currency in the Menu at the top right.

3. How long can I expect the shipment?

We always try to prepare and process the order as soon as possible - max. 2-5 working days (when paying in advance, we send after crediting the payment to the account) . Subsequently, it depends on the carrier, you always have a tracking number available to track the shipment.

4. Do you also have a brick-and-mortar store where I can choose the goods in person?

No, we only operate an e-shop (based in the Czech Republic)

5. what kind of jewelry is it? do you have an option for allergy sufferers?

We primarily offer costume jewellery made from common jewellery metals and standard components. These materials may cause skin irritation in sensitive individuals.

For selected earrings, it is possible to replace the fastening with surgical steel hooks upon request, provided that the design of the specific item allows it. This modification is offered as a paid additional service (see the Product menu).

Please note that surgical steel does not guarantee the absence of allergic reactions, as individual sensitivities may vary.
